Mandume Nekongo appointed client executive at Synergi Marketing

The appointment of Mandume Nekongo as the client executive at Synergi Marketing, effective July, marks a significant development for the company, renowned for its innovative advertising solutions in Namibia.

Nekongo brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously managed sales portfolios for a digital newspaper and Network Television. His time spent in the debating club and marketing society during his university years has also provided him with valuable skills. “My previous roles have equipped me with a deep understanding of sales strategies and client management,” says Nekongo. “This background has given me a solid foundation to handle the diverse needs of clients and contribute effectively to Synergi Marketing.”

His qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in communications and three years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. “I believe my academic background, combined with my hands-on experience, provides me with a unique perspective on driving business growth and client satisfaction,” he adds.

Results-driven approach

In his new role, Nekongo is focused on enhancing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Synergi Marketing’s services. “One of my primary objectives is to strengthen our existing client relationships and ensure that they are completely satisfied with our services,” he explains. “I plan to develop tailored strategies that address their specific needs and find new business opportunities to help Synergi Marketing grow.”

Nekongo’s vision includes creating innovative advertising packages and launching targeted marketing campaigns that leverage Synergi’s newspaper and digital platforms. “I’m excited about the opportunity to develop creative solutions that will provide our clients with maximum visibility and impact,” he says. “Building strong partnerships with local businesses is also a key goal, as it will enable us to create mutually beneficial opportunities.”

Hobbies

Outside of his professional duties, Nekongo enjoys socialising with friends, gaming, and participating in gaming tournaments. He has also developed a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. “I find that these activities are not only enjoyable but also help me stay creative and unwind,” he shares. Additionally, Nekongo is a fan of sports, particularly soccer and the UFC.
